In addition, we are building a web interface to allow you to manage your personal data and privacy preferences directly.

For now, we can provide you with your full profile on request (following verification of your identity); we can update this information at any time; and we can irreversibly anonymise your personal data on demand – these are in accord with your rights to access, correct, sometimes delete and restrict the information we use. When we use data to create better experiences for you, we work hard to do it in a way that doesn’t compromise your privacy. For example, when data is analysed for us it is either:

  • scrambled and combined with the data of thousands of others. So we see general patterns, rather than specifics that could be traced back to you or
  • limited to your professional identity by identifying only the company that you are browsing from so that we can share industry-specific information and products with you.

Nemetos Tanasuk does not process any sensitive personal data.

Whether you store it or send it, your data is protected

Whenever you give us data or it is collected by us, your data is encrypted for your protection at rest and in motion. Data at rest is stored in databases. Data in motion is any data you send or receive. Our website is secure and RapidSSL certified.

All databases storing your data require secure credentials.
